Former Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has joined Geelong as an assistant coach for the 2026 AFL season, the club has confirmed.
Buckley has been out of the coaching world since departing the Magpies in mid-2021. For the past four seasons, he has worked in footy media with roles at Fox Footy and SEN.
The 53-year-old has been strongly linked to the Tasmania Devils coaching role after he was overlooked for the Melbourne job. Advertisement
