Local company pokes fun at Browns’ mounting losses with new T-shirt design: ‘We deserve better’

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns have by far the fewest wins of any NFL team since the franchise’s rebirth in 1999.

The Browns’ 142 wins since 1999 are far fewer than Detroit (170 wins) and Oakland/Las Vegas (171), the next worst teams in the NFL in that span, according to StatMuse .

That’s a lot of Ls, and a dearth of Ws.

To highlight the Browns’ lack of Ws, local apparel and design company GV Art + Design on Monday released “Cleveland Bro ns” T-shirts – with the W intentionally missing.

“It has been nothing but struggles and frustration since 1999 but we are the best fans in the nation, continually supporting our team even through the toughest seasons,” the T-shirt’s product description reads. “Mistake after mistake has led to rebuilding every year.”
