Caleb Williams stats: Bears QB's fourth quarter touchdown propels Chicago past Commanders
Caleb Williams watched the Chicago Bears lose on a Hail Mary against the Washington Commanders last season.
A year later, his team was the one who came away with a last-second victory. The Bears trailed by eight points in the fourth quarter before a 55-yard touchdown from Williams to D'Andre Swift; a Jayden Daniels fumble gave the Bears the ball back and a nine-play game-winning drive led by Williams ended in a Jake Moody field goal as time expired.
Williams' lone touchdown was to Swift, who had a big day for Chicago as the Bears advanced to 3-2. Chicago has won three straight games and the quarterback has taken a leap forward in year two with the Bears.
