In a major development in the alleged gangrape of an Odia MBBS student, Durgapur police are set to conduct a full crime scene recreation, taking all five accused back to the location of the attack to piece together the sequence of events.

The step is aimed at securing evidence and establishing the movements of the suspects during the incident, stated reports citing police officials.

Durgapur Police Retrieve Evidence

As of yesterday afternoon, police have already apprehended all five accused. On Sunday, officers brought Sheikh Nasiruddin and Sheikh Riaz Uddin to their native villages to recover crucial evidence, informed sources.
