"Do you take requests?"

Those are the four words no musician wants to hear.

Unless they are one of the young musicians of Solis and Luna Arts — an international 501(c)(3) organization , founded three years ago by a student at Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, that pairs youthful musicians with patients, often seniors, at hospitals and assisted living facilities worldwide.

They do nothing but take requests.

"The patient requests songs and pieces that they want to be played, and the Solis members would hand-tailor their musical performances to the request of the patient," said Aiden Ahn, outreach manager for the organization.

"The people sign up online to be matched with musicians," said Ahn, a Palisades Park resident who is a senior at St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey
