The Titans have their new head coach in Josh Hannay, but a clause in his contract means he may not be in the job for long and that Craig Bellamy could yet end up at the Gold Coast.

That is according to a report from AAP on Tuesday night, which claims the Titans have inserted a clause into Hannay’s contract which would see him demoted to assistant if the Gold Coast is able to sign the Storm supercoach.

Hannay signed a three-year deal as Des Hasler’s replacement in August but AAP reported that the Bellamy clause was brought up with Hannay when he was negotiating his contract and that the 45-year-old accepted it.
