HICKORY — Full Circle Arts’ next competition/exhibition is coming soon. The theme is “Take me Away,” leaving one place for another, escaping. How do you interpret this idea?

All visual artists in the area are invited to enter their art. Prizes are first place, $150, second place, $75, and third place, $50.

Each artist can enter up to three entries. Entry fees are $40 for nonmembers, $30 for associate and patron members, and $15 for exhibiting members.

Artwork should be hand delivered to Full Circle Arts located at 42-B Third St. NW, Hickory (next door to McGuire’s Pub) from Oct. 23-25.

The Opening Reception will be Nov. 13 from 6-8 p.m.
