DJ Moore had a decent game against the Washington Commanders in a win for his Chicago Bears -- three catches for 42 yards on five targets.

But there was seemingly no indication that he was injured on Monday night. Yet there were reports late that night that Moore was taken to a local hospital after the game in Washington D.C. Per ESPN's Courtney Cronin, it was for a "precautionary medical evaluation" and that he'd stay overnight.

Pro Football Talk add that "receivers coach Antwaan Randle-El reportedly rode in the ambulance to the hospital with Moore while the rest of the team headed to the airport for the flight home to Chicago."

There's no other information to go off of.

Hopefully he's OK. We'll update this when we hear more.
