HENDERSON, KY (WEVV) — Crews are back at work on the Washington/Vine Infrastructure Project in Henderson.

They're installing new sewer mains and service laterals along Washington Street between Green Street and Adams Street.

As part of the project, officials say the intersection of Washington Street and Ingram Street will be closed to traffic.

City leaders say the work is part of an ongoing effort to upgrade and replace aging water infrastructure in the inner city, ensuring more reliable service for residents.
