MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WEVV) — Police in Madisonville conducted an investigation into Delgado Tax Services, leading to the arrest of Kimberly Brito.

Major Jason McKnight of the Madisonville Police said, "Around the first of the month we began an investigation into Delgado Tax Services here in town. Kimberly Brito was one of the primary operators of that business."

An undercover officer was placed at the business on March 10. "He did pay money and have his information recorded so an identification card could be made for him," said McKnight.

Authorities told 44News that Brito was arrested at Delgado Tax Services after a search warrant revealed two additional IDs and names of others allegedly involved.
