The School of Liberal & Creative Arts at Lovely Professional University (LPU) organized a two-week National Stone Carving Camp, a vibrant initiative dedicated to the enduring legacy of Indian stone art. The camp served as a dynamic platform where heritage meets experimentation, the camp serves as a living tribute to the country’s enduring legacy of stone craftsmanship while nurturing new artistic voices.
The event featured renowned artists from across India, including Mandeep Singh, Tarvinder Singh, Vishal, Simran Singh Sekha, Vikas Pratap Singh, Dharam Netam, Narender Dewangan, Manisha, and Renu Bala. These master craftspeople provided Bachelor’s and Master’s Fine Arts students with rare, hands-on training.
