Below are their answers to this question: What role should the city play in assisting those who are homeless and reducing the prevalence of homelessness?

"Homelessness is a truly complex moral, social and economic challenge, but evidence shows real solutions exist. Studies of 'housing first' models find they reduce homelessness, improve health and cut emergency service costs.
