Pregnant woman was asleep when baby’s father had her killed: court docs

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - We are learning new details about the slaying of a pregnant woman on her due date inside a Colerain Township home.

India Kinamore, 26, was asleep when she was gunned down inside the Colerain Township home she shared with the father of her unborn baby, Kayvon Warren, 30, according to newly filed court records.

Warren didn’t want the baby, so he had his cousin, Robert Ervin, 20, and Ervin’s half-brother, Lamar Morris Suggs, 22, go into their home and shoot her around 4:30 a.m. on March 4, 2023, prosecutors allege in new court filings.

That was her due date, according to Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich.

The crime was staged to look like a burglary and robbery, but that was a ruse, investigators determined.
