Law enforcement officials are digging more into the past of a Dover man who's been charged with sexual abuse, looking at the possibility of even more victims.

56-year old Thomas Kennedy was charged in July with child sex abuse.

On September 25th he was charged again after three more victims came forward.

Dover Police, and the state Department of Justice, have released more information about Kennedy, including that he served as a swim instructor at multiple YMCA facilities, the Siegel JCC in Talleyville, and Maple Dale Country Club in Dover between the years 1997 and 2020, and as a youth minister in the Dover area from 1998 to 2009.
