A historic home in Northborough that was the site of a fatal shooting during a party last spring recently sold for $1.65 million, records show.

A deed filed with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds on Oct. 3 shows the home at 333 Howard St. was sold to a couple from Holliston. The home’s previous owner bought the property in 2010.

The Vera Green House at 333 Howard St. was designed by architect Doak Martin for Vera and Albert L. Green in 1953, the Northborough Historical Society wrote in a Facebook post in December 2021.
