MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WBAY) - Ascension Wisconsin and UnitedHealthcare have resumed their in-network relationship.
The health care provider and insurer reached a multi-year agreement that is retroactive to October 1, when their last deal expired, UnitedHealthcare announced Tuesday.
“We have reached a multi-year agreement that restores network access to Ascension Wisconsin for people enrolled in UnitedHealthcare commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans, effectively immediately,” UnitedHealthcare CEO Dustin Hinton said in a statement.
These also include Medicare Advantage group retiree and Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP) and UnitedHealthcare Community Plans in Wisconsin.
