Ariana Grande earned an Oscar nomination for her work in the movie Wicked and it’s hard to imagine someone else in the role, but some incredible actresses also auditioned for the films.

Four stars have confirmed that they auditioned to play Glinda in Wicked , though we’re pretty sure there were dozens of others who were up for the role as well.

Director Jon M. Chu has opened up about how every person had to audition, including Ariana . There were no offers for the lead roles!
