CHARDON, Ohio — Geauga County Sheriff Scott A. Hildenbrand and Prosecutor Jim Flaiz are holding a press conference Tuesday afternoon to announce charges in connection with a suspected robbery and attempted abduction that targeted an Amish family in Middlefield Township on Thursday.
The 1 p.m. press conference at the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office will offer more details on the charges of aggravated armed robbery, attempted child abduction, and felonious assault, according to a press released from the sheriff’s office.
Three suspects victimized the Amish family at both their home and business, according to police.
Additional details about the suspects and the case are expected to be released during the press conference.
