All 16 victims who died in the Tennessee explosives factory blast have been identified. Here’s what we know.

The fatal explosion occurred at Accurate Energetic Systems (AES) in Humphreys County on Friday, Oct. 10. The cause of the blast still remains unclear at this time.

On Monday, Oct. 13, Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis and Hickman County Sheriff Jason Craft read off the names of the 16 victims, according to BBC News and The Tennessean .
