MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two off-duty Memphis police officers were arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) for allegedly drag racing over the weekend, according to Memphis Police.

Albert Green, 40, and Raphael Willingham, 37, were both taken into custody Sunday.

MPD stated both officers have been relieved of duty until the investigation is completed, and that their actions do not reflect the standards and expectations of men and women at the department.
