OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Authorities are asking the community for help in locating missing 15-year-old Izabella Hernandez.

According to police, Hernandez's description is as follows:

Height: 5 ft. Weight: 100 pounds Clothing: Crop top shirt, black leggings, black and white shoes Special identification markings: Unknown tattoo on her right hand and a scar on her neck

Police say she was last seen carrying a large bag.
