PHILADELPHIA — Kevin Patullo met with the Eagles’ offensive players Monday in an attempt to correct the myriad issues that have dragged the team down through the first six weeks of the season.

Your initial thought upon hearing that news probably was that it must have been a long meeting because the list of things that need to be addressed right now is extensive.

Heading into Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings, the 4-2 Eagles are 30th in offensive yards, 29th in passing yards and 25th in rushing yards.

Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said Monday that the team needs to improve on first down in order to be better on third down. Patullo seconded that notion for obvious reasons. The Eagles are 27th in third-down efficiency.
