FARMINGTON, Maine (WABI) - In order for Governor Janet Mills to have the chance to unseat Susan Collins, she’ll have to make it through that primary first.

University of Maine Farmington Political Science Professor Jim Melcher thinks that primary will serve as a true test of the Maine Democratic Party and the direction it wants to go.
