A 13-year-old girl gave birth in 2023 after a Dauphin County man repeatedly raped her, police wrote in court documents filed this week.

Swatara Township police said they went to the now 15-year-old girl’s home in February after she disclosed to her middle school principal that her son was the product of rape, and that Badhal Biswa, 23, is the father.

An affidavit of probable cause filed Monday said the girl told police Biswa started inappropriately touching her when she was 7 and living in Massachusetts.
