OFRF High School names scholars

Ten seniors at Oak Park and River Forest High School are being recognized for their academic achievements, qualifying as National Merit Scholarship finalists for 2026.

They are Elanor Shea, Lion Roche, Jude Miller, Vivien May, Brook Lingenfelter, Leah Johnson, Margaret Herman, Adalyn Dunphey, Tyler Crabb and Francesco Canzona.

Semifinalists around the country, about 15,000, will learn in February whether they are finalists. From those, 2,500 winners for the scholarships will be chosen.
