As the Detroit Lions continue to deal with a depleted secondary, the team announced the addition of veteran cornerback Kendall Fuller to the practice squad on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old former Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs has yet to play this season, last competing for the Miami Dolphins in 2024.
A third-round draft pick out of Virginia Tech, Fuller spent his first two seasons with Washington as a frequent contributor, notching four interceptions in his second season before being traded to the Chiefs in 2018 as part of the deal that sent QB Alex Smith to Washington.
He was a fixture for Kansas City in his first season, starting in all 15 games he played and putting up a career-best 82 tackles with 12 pass defenses and two interceptions.
