A former WCCO meteorologist who now lives in Colorado says the criminal justice system is failing to protect her from a longtime stalker.

Kylie Bearse said goodbye to the Twin Cities in 2018 and is currently a meteorologist at Denver’s Fox31.

In a video Sunday, Bearse said she's been stalked by a viewer for over three years and has multiple restraining orders against the man – including a permanent order she obtained after he violated a temporary order more than 50 times.

Bearse is speaking out about her experiences following a terrifying incident at her home on Sept. 11.
