RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Raleigh Police are investigating after a juvenile was stabbed Tuesday.

Officers responded to the 2800 block of Dillmark Court in Raleigh and found the victim. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of his injuries.

The extent of his injuries was unknown, RPD said.

No arrests have been made.

The incident remains under investigation.
