After serving up soft-serve cones and burgers for generations, Lompoc’s beloved Fosters Freeze has been listed for sale as longtime owner Bob Bolusan prepares for retirement.

The restaurant confirmed that Bolusan, who purchased the franchise in 1998, is ready to pass the torch after nearly three decades of operating the Ocean Avenue landmark.
