EUGENE, Ore. - A new center in Eugene is offering families a unique space to reconnect and heal after experiencing trauma. Facing Giants provides an intentional, screen-free environment designed to bridge the gap between therapy and home life.
"We're trying to make a space that's more welcoming, not more clinic-like," said office manager Angelica Bocanegra. "We're trying to fill that gap in between where you don't have to wait to go to some therapy or find a place to just... have a welcoming space to be with your kids."
The center focuses on play and sensory rooms to promote one-on-one connections and emotional regulation.
