SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — Northbound lanes on State Street in Sandy have been closed following a "police incident."

The incident happened near State Street and 8375 S/Princeton Drive in Sandy.

UDOT confirmed that a police incident closed all northbound lanes on State Street near 8286 N/MP 367.8. All northbound lanes are blocked, and so is the exit ramp and the shoulders.

Roads are expected to be closed until 8:21 p.m.
