Former “Good Morning America” co-hosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes announced their engagement Tuesday , three years after the scandalous affair they denied cost them both their jobs at ABC.

The pair went public with the engagement on their iHeart Radio podcast “Amy & T.J.,” which they launched in December 2023 amid their employer’s internal investigation into their relationship .

“We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged, and we’ve been engaged for just about a month now ,” Robach said, while Holmes chimed in that they wanted to let their listeners know “before anybody else was able to.”

“We’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship,” Holmes said, referring to the time they were outed in late 2022, when they were both still technically marrie
