A jury found a man guilty of second-degree murder in a deadly Fitchburg, Massachusetts, shooting 12 years ago, prosecutors said Tuesday.
John Yang, now 44, was charged in 2023 in the Aug. 3, 2013, killing of 33-year-old Shaun Hibbard. Yang was found guilty on Friday, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said.

Hibbard was shot early on Aug. 3, 2013, near the intersection of Forest Street and Charles Street. Police responded to multiple 911 calls after Hibbard knocked on doors looking for help and found Hibbard collapsed in a pool of blood on a front porch , officials have said.
He was taken to Leominster Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
