COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The State House Ethics Committee announced Tuesday after a three-hour executive session meeting that they would have unanimously voted to try and expel ex-SC Rep. RJ May had he not already resigned.
May was arrested in June and charged with 10 counts of distributing child sex abuse material. He pleaded guilty to five of the charges in October in exchange for the other five being dropped.
