Investigators and a ferry worker have shared new details on how a person ended up in the ocean off Massachusetts during a nor'easter on Monday.

The person was spotted in the water by a Steamship Authority ferry, and their rescue by a U.S. Coast Guard diver and helicopter off Falmouth was caught on video .

A Coast Guard representative said Tuesday that the person was aboard the ferry Nantucket, then spotted in the water from a different ferry, the Island Home. It still wasn't clear how the person fell overboard, and the case remained under investigation.
