CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Thanks to an anonymous donor, the reward for information in a missing persons cold case has been doubled.

Tabitha Lynn Franklin has been missing since August 13, 2009.

The Alabama governor’s office has already offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for her disappearance.

District Attorney Champ Crocker announced Tuesday that the reward is being doubled to $20,000 after an anonymous donor who wants justice for Tabitha and her family put up the additional money.
