WORTHINGTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Town of Worthington's sewer board met Tuesday night for its monthly meeting, and despite a turnout of media and members of the public, questions were to be kept to themselves.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mayor Debbie Heflin made a declaration saying that the public was to remain quiet during the meeting and that officials would take no questions.

“After last month’s meetings, we had a lot of things going on, and it has been decided between council and sewer board that when the meeting starts, there’ll be no whispering, there’ll be no anybody making comments to themselves, there’ll be just anybody saying, ‘I have a question,’” Heflin said. “We want our meetings to get back to order and nothing to happen like what happened last month at the council meet
