OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - The Owensboro Police Department has issued a warning for drivers Tuesday night.

Officers say they intersection of Carter Road and the bypass is closed for an accident.

They say Kentucky State Police troopers are on scene.

The intersection is expected to stay closed for several hours.
