MENDON, Vt. (WCAX) - Police in Rutland County are asking for your help figuring out who vandalized an information board at Aitkin State Park in Mendon.

The message “lynch your leaders” was painted with red spray paint on the board at the entrance to the hiking area.

Police say they think the graffiti happened between 5:00 p.m. And 6:00 p.m. On Tuesday.

If you know anything or saw anyone near the trailhead, police want to hear from you.
