PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Rescuers are working to save several hikers who got stuck on a mountain in north Phoenix Tuesday night.

Details are limited, but Phoenix Fire officials said the department’s technical rescue teams responded to Shadow Mountain, near 26th Street and Cactus Road, before 8 p.m.

Video posted on social media showed firefighters actively making their way up the mountain with the help of the Phoenix Firebird helicopter.

No other information has been released.
