DUPLIN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Residents are reacting after Duplin County Government announced on Tuesday that they have accepted the resignation of its County Manager, Bryan Miller.
Miller has been the county manager for the past two years and was previously the county manager in Caswell County.
A news release did not say what Miller’s future plans were.
Residents say his resignation comes months after complaints and concerns were raised about department staffing and how taxpayer dollars were being spent.
