PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Nearly 15 years after stepping away from the game, Sixers legend Allen Iverson returned to the spotlight Tuesday night to reflect on his life and career in Philadelphia.
Speaking to fans at the Theatre of Living Arts on South Street, Iverson spoke about his new memoir, Misunderstood, which is now available in bookstores.
He discussed how his signature style helped reshape NBA fashion and why he connected so deeply with Philadelphia fans.
"All they care about is the effort," Iverson told the crowd. "That was right up my alley because I played every game like it was my last. I know the fans respected it because they know No. 3 played harder than anyone else out there."
