Game knows game. Ronan O’Gara had once been on the receiving end of one of the most notorious episodes of interpro sledging at the hands of perennial rival Johnny Sexton in Croke Park.

So when he witnessed a fellow Corkonian Fineen Wycherley dishing out some treatment of his own to the Leinster player almost a decade later, this time in Limerick, he couldn’t help himself.
