After blowing a two-set lead to a surging Iowa team, the Michigan volleyball team pushed the reset button. In the decisive final set the Wolverines’ reset was the spark they needed to clutch the fifth set and secure the clutch win.

“Volleyball is a game of errors,” Michigan coach Erin Virtue said. “If you’re not staying aggressive, you’re going to lose fast. So we have to be able to take some risk, and you’re going to mess up sometimes. … And so coming into the match today, that’s something that our team really wanted to hone in on. And so that came with some errors. We had to hone in on where we were making those and how we could calm the chaos, a little bit better.”
