While the long, sunny days of summer feel like a distant memory, autumn brings with it its own delights. Think magical misty mornings, shiny conkers and of course, colourful leaves.
For several weeks trees are transformed into every shade of yellow, orange, red and brown, creating a spectacular colour palette.
What makes it even more special is how each tree will change at different times, with some donning their autumn foliage in September while others will only begin to change in November, resulting in ever-changer scenery.
These autumn colours can be found in parks all across Greater Manchester. Alexandra Park in Oldham, Heaton Park in Prestwich and Chorlton Water Park are just a few of the locations with breathtaking displays.
