A female pedestrian, possibly in her 40s, suffered multiple injuries, including a possible head injury, when she was struck by a vehicle at 5:20 a.m. today at Hekaha Street and Kamehameha Highway.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services administered medical treatment and transported her to a hospital for further treatment. She was listed in serious condition.
