FOREST GROVE, Ore. (KPTV) - Forest Grove Police are searching for a 78-year-old man who went missing on Tuesday morning.

Police say Thomas Weightman was reported missing near Valley Crest Way and Circle Crest Drive after he left his family’s home at around 10 a.m. but did not return.

Officers were able to contact Weightman by phone who said he fell and was unsure of his location.

Weightman is described as 5′9″ and 165 lbs. with gray hair, a gray beard and glasses. He was last seen wearing black shoes, blue jeans, red flannel bottom-up shirt and a dark colored baseball hat.

Anyone who sees Weightman is asked to call 911.
