We've got a pretty interesting weather pattern setting up for our region as we move through the week and into the weekend. Right now, we're enjoying dry conditions, and that's set to continue through Friday. In fact, we're tracking warmer than normal temperatures for this time of year, and that trend looks like it will persist for the next few days.

However, our attention is shifting towards the weekend, where we anticipate a significant change. We are forecasting the potential for strong to severe storms to develop on Saturday and carry into Saturday night. This system is expected to bring heavy rainfall, and with that, there's an elevated risk for isolated flooding issues across the area.
