The city of Frederick’s Planning Commission voted Monday night to advance plans for a building with 210 housing units along Carroll Creek Linear Park in the city’s downtown.

The final site plan unanimously approved Tuesday for the Galleria at Carroll Creek project calls for 210 multifamily units in the seven-story building on South East Street, as well as 4,000 square feet of nonresidential space, and underground, structured parking.
