The New Hampshire Supreme Court will hear arguments Wednesday in Adam Montgomery 's quest for a new trial after he was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of his daughter Harmon y.

Adam Montgomery was sentenced to 45 years to life for murder and a minimum total of 11 more years — all to be served consecutively — for charges of falsifying evidence, tampering with a witness and second-degree assault. He received a suspended sentence of one year for the abuse of a corpse charge.

Wednesday's hearing is expected to get underway at 9:30 a.m. at the NH Supreme Court in Concord, and will be livestreamed in the video player above. The father of Harmony Montgomery has been sentenced for the girl's murder.
